Sustainability

Our planet's resources are finite. Rapid technological advances in industry without environmental awareness have led previous generations to damage these resources to crisis levels. This historical damage has been done, dwelling on it is a waste of energy.

As our environmental awareness increases, current and future generations have the duty to develop replacement, environmentally safe technologies. We must prevent further damage and wherever possible, reverse the damage already done.

We believe this is not an opt in or opt out scenario, but a necessity determined by our predecessors who did not have the technology available to grant them the foresight to comprehend the damage they were doing at the time.

The safety devices we work with are essential to scientific research, furthering humanity's understanding of the field and facilitating exciting new developments whilst protecting the user and environment from exposure to hazards.

As essential equipment, microbiological containment equipment should have sustainability designed into its foundation.

We continue to explore the limits of efficiency with our designs, stretching performance to extreme levels by combining technologies and disciplines to deliver the maximum possible output with the minimum possible input.

Where appropriate, recycled materials are sourced and used. Where possible, we use materials which are uncommonly recycled. We give greater consideration to environmental cost than to financial margins.

We design our products to have extreme lifespans. We believe that a key to environmental sustainability is longevity. Our products are designed not to be cheap or disposable, but to maximise every single element of their design, in turn maximising their lifespan.

We use the highest quality components and materials to achieve greater performance and efficiency for a longer time than any alternative product currently available.
